Sonia teaches yoga not as something to be achieved but as an exploration, sometimes playful, always insightful and has the uncanny ability to read the room so that we each get what we intuitively need that day.

I have been studying with Sonia for at least 6 years.  Through her I have come to love the Iyengar method.  I have realized that all things are possible, not just in yoga, because it translates to everyday life. She has guided me with confidence and expertise to be able to master my goal of Handstand for my 60th birthday. I now practice challenging poses like Pinchamayarasana and backbends. 

Sonia expertly coached me through my fear and helped me believe in myself.  During the fist weeks of Covid I injured my knee.  I could not get a doctor appointment or Xrays last March.  Sonia guided me and helped through Zoom sessions to work safely and rehab my knee. - Carrie S
