20 minute Morning Yoga for beginners
A simple yoga sequence that can be done in the morning to awaken and refresh the body. Start gently by stretching the back and legs, and then move on to a few standing poses to open the chest and strength the arms and legs while increasing the range of motion in all joints. Wind down with a simple twist and take on the day with energy!
