The following material is intended to share my understanding of yoga with my community and students. This understanding is based on the masterful teachings of BKS Iyengar and his daughter Geeta Iyengar. As such, all credit goes to my teachers for correct understanding and positive experience. All mistakes are mine.

* Prior to engaging in any yoga practice, especially if you have injuries or are dealing with an illness, it is crucial to seek advice and clearance from your healthcare practitioner. Allow 2 to 4 hours to pass after a meal before commencing your yoga practice to ensure comfort and safety. Most importantly, approach your practice with mindfulness and a sense of enjoyment. Your yoga journey should be a harmonious blend of self-care and joy.
